When I started this journey at the age of 17, I dreamed of building something remarkable. Today, through hard work, passion, and dedication, I see Flex2000 establishing itself as a reference in the industry, guided by a solid mission and values that drive our growth and success.

We are faced with a web of excessive regulations, high tax burdens on companies and employees, environmental legislation that sometimes takes on a “fundamentalist” character, labyrinthine licensing processes, and high energy costs. Labor laws often do not reflect business realities, and we face increasing competition from Asia, with significantly different operating costs. Additionally, social costs and EU Directives pose obstacles to the competitiveness of companies. Despite everything, we continue to believe in Flex2000's future.
We are at a crucial stage of generational transition, an essential step for the continuity and sustainable growth of Flex2000. With the new generation taking on responsibilities, I am confident that our company will become even stronger, more organized, efficient, and competitive. This transition represents not only the continuity of our legacy but also an opportunity to renew and strengthen the values and mission that have always guided us.
